Due to the impacts of COVID-19 we have come to the decision that it is in the best interests of our staff, community and the long-term interests of both restaurants to temporarily close at this time. Both Carrello and Altura will close after service on Saturday, March 14th for at least four to six weeks.
During this period, we will continue to evaluate the current business and community environments to determine the appropriate timing for resuming service at both restaurants. We look forward to reopening once we are sure that it is safe for our staff and diners, as well as economically viable to do so.
We’d like to thank our faithful teams at both restaurants, as well as our loyal diners that have supported us. Gift certificates will still be available for sale and future use.
This too shall pass, and we will see you soon to share a glass and a plate.
The spirit of Carrello is warmth, playfulness, and dedication to bringing the seasonal, artisanal traditions and familial generosity of Italian dining to our guests. Carts laden with stuzzichini, antipasti, and salumi roll past your table to offer small bites – as many or as few as you like – as you experience our full menu featuring handmade pastas, whole-roasted meats and seafood.
We look forward to welcoming you!
